Crypto Portal for Teachers
The Crypto Portal for Teachers is only available in German and is intended to act as a platform for teachers to share teaching materials about cryptology and related links.

CrypTool-Online - Encrypt directly within your browser
Here you can execute ancient and new crypto systems directly in your browser. A high interactivity is achieved with the aid of JavaScript. A feature variant for mobile phones is planned.

Portings to other platforms started independantly of the CrypTool Project:

CrypTooLinux
CrypTooLinux is a project to extend and port the Windows program CrypTool 1.x to Linux. It is a C++/Qt4 application.

First beta version was released in November 2007, a second beta was released in December 2008.
No new beta version has been released since December 2008.
